Who We Are
Our Counseling Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a safe and peaceful environment so that we can bring about healing together by renewing the spirt and rebuilding hope to restore the individual and their relationships. I take a holistic and solution focused approach that deals with a person on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I use different techniques to help the client like EMDR, EFT, Cognitive-Behavioral with a Solution-focused approach.
